Joe is founder and President of Northfield Technology Group LLC. With over 30 years of experience, he brings a wealth of experience and knowledge regarding all aspects of Information Technology. While at Metavante Corporation Joe served as business unit manager of their Commercial Relationship Management Suite of products. Joe developed and managed software solutions for use by financial institutions across the U.S.
Joe also served as Chief Information Officer for over 10 years at Bank of New York Clearing, RSM McGladrey, and Red Wing Shoe Company. Joe has extensive experience establishing IT organizations, IT Governance Processes, IT career paths and more.
Joe also has extensive experience in product development and software development. He has introduced both IT product management, and user-centered design functions to numerous firms. Joe has also driven design and deployment of the employee intranets and virtual collaboration tools for firms. He has led major initiatives including migrating firm's from Lotus Notes to Microsoft Exchange, moved company data centers to a state-of-the-art hosted facilities, and has led the IT integration efforts for over ten company acquisitions.
